Monthly Fresh Flower Arrangement Subscription

Please provide contact details of the recipient for monthly coordination. 

To keep costs low, we ask that with each month's arrangement you return the vase or vessel of the previous month's arrangement. If you prefer to keep the vase/vessel for personal use we will charge a replacement fee.
